For decades, one man provided the definitive voice of The Caped Crusader. Now the cowl will be passed to others as the voice of Bruce Wayne is silent.
He played Batman since The Animated Series and is widely considered to be the voice of Batman. Despite others having played the role, Kevin Conroy was essentially the icon most identified with Batman. Now, he’s gone. It is another celebrity gone in 2022 at a young age. It occurs as excess deaths continue to rise all over the world. Whatever the causes might be, and whatever took Mr. Conroy from us, it sure is sad to say goodbye.
Although Kevin had been looking a little gaunt in recent photos, he was all smiles for a recent Halloween picture. It is a reminder that every day matters in our lives. Never take the next day for granted. And treasure the people who bring us joy.
