We often discuss which coasters are the most incredible within their own theme parks… but what about the best coasters just in Orlando as a whole? Let’s get to it!

As more families look to more theme parks for their fun on a single Central Florida vacation, many want to know which coasters are the must-do attractions. Well don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Here are my votes for the top ten coasters in Orlando, Florida:

  1. Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida

Revenge of the Mummy is a unique coaster that combines elements of a dark ride with a roller coaster. The ride includes several special effects, including fire, mummies, and scarab beetles. The coaster reaches a top speed of 45 miles per hour and includes a 50-foot drop. The combination of special effects and coaster elements make this ride a fan favorite.

  1. Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind

It’s relatively brand-new and it’s a great addition to Epcot, even if perhaps the subject matter isn’t well-suited to the theme park’s overall vision. Cosmic Rewind does a number of things you’re unlikely to experience anywhere else in the world. Combined with a HUGE showbuilding that features a ton of track to traverse, we’re sure Cosmic Rewind is a must-do for any coaster fan!

  1. Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is a unique coaster that allows riders to choose their own soundtrack for the ride. The coaster reaches a top speed of 65 miles per hour and includes a 167-foot drop. The ride features several inversions and a unique non-inverting loop element. The combination of music, speed, and inversions make this coaster a fan favorite.

  1. Mako at SeaWorld Orlando

Mako is the tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster in Orlando. This hypercoaster reaches a top speed of 73 miles per hour and includes a 200-foot drop. The ride includes nine airtime hills, providing plenty of thrills for riders. The smooth ride and unique seating arrangement make this coaster one of the most enjoyable in Orlando.

  1. The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure

The Incredible Hulk Coaster is consistently ranked as one of the best roller coasters in the world. This high-speed coaster reaches a top speed of 67 miles per hour and includes seven inversions. The ride starts with a 150-foot drop and includes a launch that reaches 40 miles per hour in just two seconds. The combination of speed, inversions, and special effects make this ride a must-try for roller coaster enthusiasts.

Honorable Mentions:
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Hagrid’s, Slinky Dog Dash, Space Mountain, Tron, and more!
