Another day another Rachel Zegler controversy.

Disney’s Snow White actress launched into an unhinged social media meltdown, flying off the handle in the wake of President-Elect Donald Trump’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris. Zegler apparently posted parts of the long diatribe maligning and appearing to wish harm or misfortune on the incoming president and the 75.5 million Americans who voted for him to her Instagram account during the intermission of Romeo + Juliet, the Broadway show she’s currently starring in.

“I find myself speechless in the midst of this,” Zegler says before launching into a very lengthy speech on the social media platform. “Another four years of hatred, leaning us towards a world I do not want to live in. Leaning us towards a world that will be hard to raise my daughter in. Leaning us towards a world that will force her to have a baby she doesn’t want. Leaning us towards a world that is fearful.”

It should be noted that Zegler is not a mother and this daughter she spoke of in her rant is purely hypothetical.

“I shouldn’t be this shocked,” she continued. “But I am. I am heartbroken for my friends who awoke fear this morning. And I am here with you. To cry, to yell, to hug. To wax poetic on how the left continues to fail us in forging a new path forward. This loss should not have been. And it certainly should not have been by so many votes.”

Zegler then goes on to apparently wish harm and/or hardship upon the incoming president and those 75.5 million Americans who voted for him.

“I echo Ethel Cain’s statement more than anything,” she said. “May Trump supporters and Trump himself never know peace.”

The Hollywood actress who has yet to appear in a successful film then describes what she refers to as a “deep, deep sickness in this country” over the overwhelming amount of people who showed up to vote for President-Elect Trump before calling him a threat to democracy.

“It is a foolish subscription to a false sense of security, of masculinity, of intelligence, of patriotism, and of humanity,” she said, essentially chalking up Trump’s win to who she feels are insecure stupid American men. It should be noted for clarity’s sake that Trump won 46% of the female vote.

“There is no help, no counsel in any of them,” Zegler said, continuing to malign fellow American’s who disagree with her politically. “I could go on. I won’t.”

She then goes on.

Zegler’s attacks moved from American voters to X-owner and world’s richest man Elon Musk.

“Get off of Elon’s app btw,” she said. “The f*** are you doing? They’re eating you up on Twitter. I don’t use that app for a reason. He helped get that man elected and you’re giving him business.”

It was announced yesterday that Musk, along with Vivek Ramaswamy will head up the incoming administration’s new Department of Government Efficiency, an organization that will work to dismantle excess regulations and reduce frivolous spending in DC.

Zegler didn’t seem all too impressed by that, though. She wasn’t done yet.

“Okay, that’s all,” she said. “Going onstage for act two now and need to get off my soapbox before I get too heated.”

She then proceeds to get more heated, ending her diatribe with “F*** Donald Trump.”

This latest Rachel Zegler controversy was incendiary and insulted more than half the country. In the wake of her seemingly endless stream of venom, many heads turn to Disney with a raised eyebrow.

Disney and Lucasfilm fired Star Wars actress Gina Carano from her critically acclaimed role in The Mandalorian because she shared a meme on Twitter that drew a comparison between how liberals turn on and demonize conservatives and how the German people turned on their neighbors during the rise of the Nazi party.

It’s important to note that Carano had simply shared a meme without commentary. Zegler went on a profanity laced tirade in which she appeared to wish misfortune on half the country. Yet Carano was vilified and fired while Zegler’s Snow White will come out in theaters next year with the star likely going on press tours and being celebrated by the company.

Many wonder whether this outburst by Zegler will actually help Carano, who is suing Disney for wrongful termination and discrimination.

This is far from the first time Rachel Zegler has created controversy for the House of Mouse.

While speaking to the press she attacked the original Disney animated classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, lambasting the love story and referring to it as “Weird? Weird!”

“The original cartoon came out in 1937, and very evidently so,” Zegler told Extra. “There’s a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her. Weird? Weird! So we didn’t do that this time.”

When her comments caused an explosion of controversy from fans of the original (you know, the target audience for her remake?) she doubled down and compared herself to maligned women throughout history.

“I’ve watched women get torn down my whole life, my whole career,” she said at the time. “We’ll watch it in the election that’s upcoming. We’re gonna witness that for a long time, I fear. Sometimes it can feel like we’re going back; it certainly felt that way when that was happening.”

Interest in Zegler’s live action Snow White seems to have already hit extreme lows. The film’s trailer has a stunning like to dislike ratio on Disney’s official YouTube account with 96,000 likes and over 1.3 million dislikes.

What do you make of this latest Rachel Zegler controversy? How do you react to Zegler appearing to wish misfortune and or harm upon half the country? Sound off and let us know!
