In a historic reveal ZIPAIR has announced it will operate the first-ever nonstop charter flights between Tokyo, Japan and Orlando, Florida beginning in February 2026.
As of now, only four total flights have been announced. These four round-trip Orlando Tokyo flights will take place on February 23, February 28, March 5, and March 10, 2026, with tickets going on sale in early December 2025.

The service is the first nonstop passenger flight route between not only Florida and Japan, but also connecting Florida and the entire Asia Pacific region. The announcement was made on October 28, 2025 at the Hotel New Otani in Chiyodo City, Tokyo, Japan to an audience that included executives from Disney, government representatives, and tourism officials.
Tokyo Disney And Walt Disney World – The Connection
The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida is the flagship Disney resort worldwide. It’s also by far the largest Disney resort covering 40 square miles or roughly the geographic size of the city of San Francisco, California.
Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan is a fan favorite for those who have visited, often cited by fans as being even better than the domestic parks.

Faron Kelley, SVP, Disney Destinations Sales Strategy & Solutions, Disney Experiences said of the new ZIPAIR flights, “Direct connectivity between Orlando and Tokyo brings Disney magic closer than ever. Whether it’s exploring the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort or enjoying the enchantment of Tokyo Disney Resort, this new nonstop flight opens the door to unforgettable vacations and cherished memories for families and friends on both sides of the globe.”
For The First Time In Forever
Lance Lyttle, Chief Executive Officer for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority spoke of the significance of these Orlando Tokyo flights stating, “Our partnership with ZIPAIR is more than just a new route. It’s history. This will be the first-ever nonstop passenger flight between Asia Pacific and the state of Florida. The partnership is a testament to the economic strength we share between our communities. We look forward to welcoming ZIPAIR passengers with the warmth and hospitality that both our nations cherish.”

Shingo Nishida, the Representative Director/President of ZIPAIR Tokyo also spoke on this history in the making.
“We are extremely proud of this historic achievement, as this will be the first non-stop charter flight from Japan to Orlando, Florida,” he said. “Orlando is home to numerous world-class theme parks and by operating these charter flights for travelers from Japan, we hope to meet our customers’ expectations when they experience ZIPAIR’s new standard in air travel. We certainly look forward to welcoming Disney fans and guests on our charter flights next Spring.”
What Comes Next?
Passengers on ZIPAIR’s charter flights between Tokyo and Orlando will receive special perks at Walt Disney World, including a character greeting and reserved viewing for “Luminous,” Epcot’s nighttime spectacular.

These exclusive benefits are being offered as part of a collaboration between ZIPAIR and Disney to connect the two destinations. If the flights and partnership prove successful, some travel industry insiders speculate that additional direct flight service between Orlando and Tokyo could be on the horizon.
