Disneyland Paris has unveiled details about an original musical score composed by Philippe Rombi for Adventure Way, the main promenade of Disney Adventure World. The park, which is the reimagined version of Walt Disney Studios Park, is scheduled to open on March 29, 2026.

The new score was created specifically for the length of Adventure Way and is designed to accompany visitors as they enter and move through the park’s central avenue.
Rombi’s New Music
French composer Philippe Rombi, a multiple César Award nominee, composed an original musical suite lasting approximately 40 minutes for the area. The London Symphony Orchestra recorded during the summer of 2025 at Abbey Road Studios in London.
The project stands out because Disneyland Paris has seldom commissioned completely new music for an entire themed area. The resort last introduced an original area-wide musical theme with the opening of Discoveryland at Disneyland Park in 1992.
Rombi shared how exciting being asked to create the score was for him.
“Choosing to create original music for an entire area of a Disney Park is extremely rare,” he said, “and it’s even rarer to entrust this job to a French composer. It’s a true recognition of my work and a real honor. I’ve always composed from the heart, driven by my passion. The fact that my music moved the Imagineers to the point where they felt they could entrust me with this huge responsibility means a great deal to me.”
At a December 2025 event, Rombi spoke alongside Michel den Dulk, Portfolio Executive Creative Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, about the creative process. The discussions included concept reviews, visits to the Disney Adventure World construction site, and collaboration with the park’s creative team.
Rombi crafted two main thematic ideas for the score to give Adventure Way the music needed to encapsulate the feeling of travel and wonder. These themes form the basis of the suite, which will be audible along Adventure Way and in its themed gardens.
The musical composition varies across the landscaped areas along Adventure Way, with each garden featuring its own distinct arrangements. The Gazebo Garden will include musical cues connected to Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians. The garden themed to Tangled will incorporate related musical elements. In addition, The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge will feature a piano interpretation of the promenade’s primary musical theme.
Adventure Way
Adventure Way serves as the central connection between the entrance to Disney Adventure World and its themed lands, including World of Frozen. The area will feature dining venues, landscaped gardens, and entertainment offerings, with Rombi’s soundtrack woven throughout.

Disney Adventure World represents a transformation and expansion of the former Walt Disney Studios Park. The project includes new attractions, dining options, and themed areas. Adventure Way is among the components intended to shape the atmosphere of the park and guide visitors toward its immersive lands.
Dining and leisure locations line portions of the promenade, allowing guests to pause without disrupting circulation. These venues are integrated into the surrounding landscape rather than separated as independent zones. According to project descriptions, the placement of these locations was planned to balance capacity needs with the overall spatial rhythm of the walkway.
