Walt Disney World Resort in Florida has introduced a summer vacation package promotion that offers free additional hotel nights and theme park days for certain bookings. The offer is part of a suite of seasonal deals designed for travel in 2026.
Under the arrangement, guests who purchase a select Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes at least a four-night hotel stay and a four-day theme park ticket can receive two extra hotel nights and two additional theme park days at no additional cost.

The offer applies to visits most nights between May 26 and September 15, 2026, and bookings must be made between January 6 and February 15, 2026. Eligible packages must be booked through Walt Disney Travel Company and include both the minimum hotel stay and ticket component.

Other Deals Going on
In addition to the extended stay promotion, Walt Disney World is offering room discounts on select Disney Resort hotels for stays on most nights between May 1 and October 4, 2026. These discounts are available to the general public and offer varying savings depending on the category of the resort hotel. Vacationers can find deals up to 30% off.
The resort is also providing enhanced room rate offers for Florida residents and Annual Passholders, with higher percentage savings on select hotel stays. Florida residents may save up to 35%, while Annual Passholders may save up to 40% on qualifying room rates during the summer period.

As part of the seasonal offerings, guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel between May 26 and September 8, 2026, can receive complimentary admission to a Disney water park on their check-in day, subject to availability. Both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are expected to be open during the promotion period.
Another benefit tied to 2026 travel is a free dining plan offer for children ages 3 to 9. When certain package components are purchased — including a dining plan for guests ages 10 and older — eligible children in the party can receive a complimentary Disney Dining Plan. This offer can be combined with other special offers available during the year.

The theme park days provided under the extended stay offer are date-based tickets that begin on the check-in date and correspond to the total days included in the package. These date-based theme park tickets do not require separate park reservations.

For example, some room types — such as campsites and certain multi-bedroom villas or suites — may be excluded from participation in the promotion. Although Disney discounts are not uncommon, the “buy 4 get 2 free” format is rare for the company, especially during the summer months where traditionally Disney expects larger summer vacation crowds. Summer 2025 was described by many as a “ghost town” in Walt Disney World, so it’s possible Disney is trying to avoid a repeat performance.
