It has been a rough day for The Walt Disney World Resort. For all of its history, it would have been inconceivable to think that Reedy Creek Improvement District would be potentially dissolved. Inconceivable!

And yet that is where we find ourselves. Reedy Creek is in danger of being a district no more, the two municipalities may be in trouble as well and Disney World is being threatened with higher taxes overall. The stock dropped another 2.5% today to top things all off.
But even with all of that against them, there are still some amazing things that go on at the Happiest Place on Earth. When we came across a certain dessert Disney is offering for Earth Day, we honestly just had to sit back and say, “wow.” To the chefs who came up with this dessert and then figured out how to design it in such a way that it could be produced over and over… this is one heck of an accomplishment. Not only is the food a piece thematic art, we’re also hearing from people who have tried it that it’s utterly delicious. Though that’s sometimes an afterthought when creating beautiful desserts, people are raving about how tasty this thing is.
Well… we’ve talked about it enough. Let’s go over to the Twitter account of Disney Food Blog so they can show this thing to you. Prepare to be amazed.

Taken from the movie Wall-E, the plant-based chocolate dessert even features chocolate dusting and an edible sprout. Really, we’re not going overboard or being hyperbolic when we say that the pastry chef behind this is at a level that is…
… inconceivable.
Congratulations to everyone involved in creating this Earth Day option. And congratulations as well to all the people who get to enjoy this limited-time treat!
