I’d ask if Pixar is so desperate that they’d let one of the most hated human beings anywhere near their productions. But I can read their value reports and *know* they’re really that desperate. The company has been losing money on its productions for years now and I’ve been hearing rumblings of them facing a total shutdown under D’Amaro and his cost-cutting spree. I can’t confirm if they’re true, but it would be his style. He’s already axed other IPs and extensions of acquired IPs that pandered to the woke because they’re hopeless money sinks.
I doubt he has a snowball’s chance in hell of reversing the damage Iger has inflicted. But it’s fun to watch the wokies have meltdowns over it.
