Disney’s Hollywood Studios has relocated its Baby Care Center to a new area inside the park’s reimagined Animation Courtyard section, now called “The Walt Disney Studios.”

The updated location became visible to guests in May 2026 as Disney removed construction walls from parts of the courtyard. Disney Parks Blog confirmed that the newly themed area officially opened on May 26, 2026. The company did not issue a separate announcement focused specifically on the Baby Care Center move.

The former Hollywood Studios Baby Care Center operated near the front of the park inside Guest Relations. That location was smaller than some of the other Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World.

Disney’s official website still lists Baby Care Center services for Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the resort’s other theme parks. According to Disney, each location includes nursing rooms, changing tables, feeding areas, and kitchen facilities for families visiting with infants and toddlers. Guests can also purchase limited baby supplies, including diapers, wipes, formula, and baby food.

New Baby Care Center

The new Baby Care Center at Hollywood Studios joins in the celebration of animation from its new location. The walls and ceiling sports Disney characters as infants and small children, including Hercules, Tiana, and Tarzan. On one of the walls as guests enter is poem as follows:

“Welcome. Please enjoy our STUDIO, our artists are away, the BABIES should be napping, but they just want to PLAY! They’re crawling out of their frames to have a bit of FUN, excited to say HELLO to YOUR precious little one!”

New Location Opens Inside Reimagined Courtyard

The relocated Disney’s Hollywood Studios Baby Care Center now sits within the newly themed Walt Disney Studios courtyard area. The space is inspired by the company’s Burbank animation studio campus.

Disney also confirmed that “The Magic of Disney Animation” attraction will open in the area at a later date. The company stated that the courtyard itself opened first while additional experiences remain under development.

The new location places the Baby Care Center closer to the center of the redeveloped courtyard. This allows families to care for their small children without having to walk all the way to the entrance.

Baby Care Centers Continue Across Walt Disney World

Baby Care Centers remain available in all four Walt Disney World theme parks. Disney describes the facilities as spaces where families can take breaks and care for young children during a park visit.

According to Disney, the centers typically include:

  • Private nursing rooms
  • Changing tables
  • High chairs and feeding areas
  • Microwaves and sinks
  • Small shops with baby supplies

Construction Work Continues at Hollywood Studios

Construction remains active in several parts of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney has focused many recent updates on family attractions and animation-themed experiences.

The opening of The Walt Disney Studios courtyard marks one of the first completed guest areas in the larger Animation Courtyard redevelopment project. Disney Parks Blog stated that the redesigned space includes shaded seating, studio-inspired architecture, and references to Disney animation history.

For guests visiting with infants or toddlers, the relocated Disney’s Hollywood Studios Baby Care Center now serves as the park’s primary location for nursing, feeding, and changing needs.
