It’s very rare that the Wall-E moving animatronic is made available at Disney Parks. For special events it can happen but even then it’s incredibly rare. Simply put, it’s hard to have such a heavy animatronic moving anywhere near guests since a wrong movement or malfunction could result in Wall-E running over a child’s foot. You can imagine how poorly that would go.
For the Cast Member celebration day things were different. That means we’re also likely to see Wall-E appear at the next one as well. So Wall-E showed up at Magic Kingdom amidst the party atmosphere set up for all the hard working cast members who needed a special time set up so they could enjoy the parks (it’s one of the perks for cast members that has been exceedingly difficult lately).
