Disney has confirmed details about the EPCOT’s La Poutinerie, including opening date and menu. The new quick-service kiosk is set to debut July 1, 2026, in the Canada Pavilion. The announcement aligns with Canada Day and follows several months of construction at the former Refreshment Port location.

La Poutinerie will operate as a quick-service kiosk along the World Showcase promenade. The venue replaces Refreshment Port, which closed on January 12, 2026, for refurbishment and retheming. The new location is sponsored by Air Canada, listed as the official Canadian airline of Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney released the full menu and pricing ahead of the opening. The offerings focus on poutine, a Canadian dish traditionally made with French fries, cheese curds, and gravy. The updated concept gives the Canada Pavilion a dedicated location centered on the popular comfort food.

Location and Concept

La Poutinerie sits just outside the main entrance to the Canada Pavilion, facing the World Showcase Lagoon. Guests will order at a service window and collect food at the counter, consistent with standard EPCOT quick-service operations.

Refreshment Port previously served festival snacks and rotating menu items. While it occasionally offered poutine, it did not focus exclusively on the dish. The new concept narrows the menu and presents a more defined culinary theme tied to Canadian cuisine.

La Poutinerie Menu and Prices

Disney published the opening lineup of food and beverage options.

The menu includes two primary poutine selections along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Entrées

  • Québec: L’authentique — $10.99
French fries topped with cheese curds and brown gravy.
  • Montréal: Viande Fumée — $12.49
Fries with cheese curds, smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy.

Both dishes reflect regional variations of poutine commonly associated with Québec and Montréal.

Construction Progress and Exterior Updates

Construction walls were removed in June, revealing updated stonework and refreshed exterior finishes. Planters currently line portions of the kiosk as final preparations continue. Disney has not announced additional themed décor elements beyond standard pavilion styling.

The transition from Refreshment Port to La Poutinerie marks a targeted change rather than a full pavilion overhaul.

What to Expect on Opening Day

The July 1 launch coincides with peak summer attendance at EPCOT. Guests visiting World Showcase that day will find the new kiosk fully operational with its published menu.

The confirmation of the EPCOT La Poutinerie opening date and menu provides clarity after earlier speculation about the kiosk’s future. With pricing and items now public, visitors can plan accordingly ahead of the summer season.
