A news and opinion blog covering theme parks, entertainment, and pop culture has arrived on the scene. On July 22nd, 2021, ThatParkPlace.com (TPP) launched into its private beta form. With a desire to create an independent news, commentary, and opinion source that would cover entertainment, vacation destinations, and anything else “fun”, the owners of the site have set out to generate a reputable, truth-telling location for information.
That Park Place will be covering such topics as Walt Disney World and Disneyland, Disney+, Netflix, Universal Theme Parks, video games, Marvel and DC Comics, Dollywood, and more. By ensuring readers that the site is not affiliated in any way with the subjects of interest, That Park Place will be able to offer readers clear information that is free from the disadvantages of “access media” sites. That Park Place receives no kickbacks, awards, benefits, or other quid pro quos from entertainment and travel companies… and it never will.
The site already has a major accomplishment under its belt in hiring WDW Pro, a blogger with millions of readers, who previously worked for Pirates and Princesses, and also continues to have presence on the WDWMagic Forums. The site has other writers in place and plans to hire additional writers to cover a variety of different topics. Starting June 26th, That Park Place will enter into a public beta, with continued improvements and optimization planned for the coming months.
Welcome, to the best, fun, new site for the best, fun news.
