Disneyland Paris Pride Turned Only Women’s Restrooms Into Full Access

Sometimes “great” ideas needed a little bit more time in the oven.

For the Disneyland Paris Pride event, Disneyland Paris management decided to turn some of their restrooms into full access. That’s not a novel idea in France — if you go into a Parisian restroom, you’ll often find that people of both biological sexes are using the restroom side-by-side. That’s a cultural difference. What is novel would be taking the established men’s and women’s restrooms at Disneyland Paris and ONLY changing the women’s restrooms to full access for anybody. The men’s restrooms were not made accessible by biologically female persons.

What that meant as consequence in that biological males had a place to go to the restroom exclusive to men only. Women, on the other hand, had no such exclusive area. What an odd way to celebrate sexual orientation issues that are often presented in terms of equity! Inequality of restroom exclusivity might not be the best way to go about such things.

But that’s just my opinion. Maybe your’s is different. Let me know in the comments down below, and as always, keep reading That Park Place for all the latest news that should be fun!
