Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland are back at it again, bringing a new season of Rick and Morty episodes to Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim. At one point the show was considered by many to be a masterpiece of pure genius. Who can forget McDonald’s even bringing back Szechuan Sauce just because it was mentioned in an episode? But more recent seasons have been less remarkable even if they were still quite good. People are now wondering whether Rick and Morty can sustain like South Park or if this is going in The Simpsons direction?
