Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, is in a lot of hot water. Perhaps it is his hiding of a sexual harassment claim from his own board of directors. Perhaps it is the settlement recently made public in which he paid over $200,000 for having threatened to kill someone. Whatever the case may be, it would seem Bobby Kotick is not the sort of person you’d want to invite over for dinner, little alone run a huge video game corporation.

But Bobby wants you to know that he’s ready to resign on one condition. If the man who literally threatened to kill an employee can’t get the company culture cleaned up quickly, he’s ready to walk away. Seriously. That is seriously what he is suggestion. A person who is alleged to have written a statement for his company about sexual misconduct and put a woman’s name on the statement, rather than his own, is going to step aside if he can’t clean up the company.

Thank you, Bobby. Thank you for taking this to the uttermost point of parody possible. One can only hope you don’t threaten to murder anybody else on their voicemail while you clean up the naughtiness.
