While some may be excited that the pizza restaurant in Animal Kingdom known as Pizzafari is reopening, it’s safe to say most of the excitement is going to be about Columbia Harbour House finally coming back August 5th. The Magic Kingdom seafood restaurant is possibly the best Quick Service Restaurant in Disney World’s original park. And it looks like all your favorite items from the restaurant will be back as well.
One of the reasons Columbia Harbour House had been closed, while other restaurants reopened sooner, was due to it being in proximity with Peter Pan’s Flight. Because social distancing was required for much of the time since Magic Kingdom reopened, Columbia Harbour House needed to stay closed so that Peter Pan’s queue would have enough space. With social distancing requirements greatly reduced at Walt Disney World Resort, Columbia Harbour House will finally be back.

And if Pizzafari is your most favorite restaurant, we do apologize for not focusing on it as much… it’s just that pizza has been available around the parks for a while, but Columbia Harbour House’s fast food seafood option really isn’t replicated at any of the other locations.
