One year ago, just two weeks after its release, the hero-shooter known as Concord was permanently shut down due to its abysmal sales and astonishingly low player count. Just a couple months later, Sony, in an attempt to cut losses, disbanded Firewalk studios, which had developed the game over the course of 8 years.

I wish they put the money into their own VR ecosystem. I was interested in seeing what would come out of it. Would have been a hell of a lot more useful than this slop. Still at least we have the best example of wokeness failing, especially if it’s new IP. At least they didn’t corrupt yet another IP people liked.
