Disney Files Patent for AI‑Enhanced Projection Faces in Animatronic Characters

Walt Disney Co. has filed a patent that, if realized, could change how animatronic characters’ faces are displayed in its theme parks. The technology would combine projection systems, sensors, and real‑time rendering to make animatronic faces more responsive.
