Disney Nominates Former Apple COO Jeff Williams to Board

On December 9th, the Walt Disney Company announced that former Apple COO Jeff Williams had been nominated as a new independent director. Shareholders will vote at the next annual meeting, and if approved, the board of directors will add an eleventh seat.
