Something peculiar is happening at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort when it comes to Easter celebrations. For whatever reason, the company has decided to offer only a Thumper-themed popcorn bucket inside the parks as the sole culinary offering for the holiday. That’s bizarre if you’ve ever paid attention to the huge number of food items often associated with any day of note. Disney typically loves adding seasonal and holiday food items at the parks since they drive news articles, publicity, attendance and more. But for Easter in 2025, there’s just Thumper with an Easter Egg in the parks.

That’s not at all the case at the hotels. There, the company is putting the kind of normal effort into celebrating Easter. We have the full rundown of food items available via Disney Parks Blog. Check them out and see what you think. Let us know in the comments why exactly Disney would want to mostly limit Easter special menu items to just the hotels and Disney Springs. It’s a very peculiar thing!

Mad Lemming

My first thought was Disney didn’t want the holiest day in Christianity being celebrated in their parks. Then I remembered how much more money it costs to visit their resorts and Disney Springs. They’re banking on people wanting these holiday-themed foods and being willing to pay higher prices for them. Even a lemming can tell you that’s not how it works and this is going to fail spectacularly.
