Dollywood Monopoly - Dollywood

If you’ve ever wanted to own a piece of Dollywood, there’s now a new way to do it—without dropping thousands on vacations and season passes. The newly released Dollywood Monopoly game is bringing the park experience straight to your table.

The officially licensed edition, produced under Hasbro, is now available at retail locations across Dollywood Parks & Resorts.

Dollywood Monopoly Transforms the Park Into a Board Game

This isn’t just a lazy reskin of Monopoly.

The Dollywood Monopoly board features locations from across the entire property, including the theme park, water park, and resort destinations. Even the iconic Dollywood Express locomotives—Cinderella and Klondike Katie—are prominently featured on the packaging and game design.

Instead of generic properties, the game is built entirely around recognizable elements from the park.

Players Can Buy Dollywood’s Most Popular Attractions

Rather than Park Place and Boardwalk, players can purchase Dollywood attractions.

Rides like Blazing Fury, Lightning Rod, and NightFlight Expedition take center stage, while property sets are themed around Dollywood’s seasonal festivals.

It’s a simple change—but it goes a long way in making the game feel like an actual extension of the park instead of a branded afterthought.

Classic Monopoly Cards Get a Dollywood Twist

Even the smaller details have been customized.

Chance and Community Chest cards now reference in-park experiences, rewarding players for spotting attractions or penalizing them for things like speeding on Rockin’ Roadway or skipping lines.

It’s the kind of detail that regular guests will immediately recognize—and casual players will still understand.

Dollywood Continues Expanding Beyond the Park

The Dollywood Monopoly release is part of a broader push.

In recent years, Dollywood has expanded its brand through merchandise, food collaborations, and retail partnerships designed to keep guests connected to the park even after they leave.

A fully themed Monopoly game fits perfectly into that strategy.

A Smart Move as Dollywood Heads Into a Big 2026 Season

Dollywood is heading into what it’s promoting as one of its biggest seasons yet, with new attractions like NightFlight Expedition and a full lineup of events and festivals.

Releasing Dollywood Monopoly now gives fans another way to stay engaged with the brand—especially between visits.

And let’s be honest—if you’ve ever waited in line for Lightning Rod, you’ve probably already thought about owning it.

Now you technically can.

Just don’t expect it to pay dividends.
