Things are starting to get weird in the artificial intelligence world… and it is beginning to spill out into ours. Now, Family Guy is getting a realistic, eighties sitcom sendup, but it’s not from a bored artist in his basement. Instead, it’s the algorithms.
Did you ever dream of a world where computers are cracking jokes and making content? That may just be the future you never saw coming. Memes may have been a distinctly human endeavor, but times they are a changin’. Now, a computer has crafted a Family Guy pastiche in the style of eighties sitcoms like Full House, Family Matters and more. It won’t be long before it might be making the music that goes along with it as well! In fact, that era may already exist and just not be a part of this particular project.
Check out he AI-crafted version of a Family Guy we never say forty years ago, and see if you think computers will be creating culture in a very short while:
One other note: We get that Peter Griffin is supposed to be fat, but c’mon computers. Is he really that fat???
