If you have read the title, you know the article. Sony has confirmed that a Ghostbusters Afterlife sequel is on the way.
See, we didn’t trick you did we?
No release date or window has been provided. No cast has been named, no director given, no writer sent our way. But we know there’s a high chance of ghosts and we pray there’s a recognition of Ivan Reitman. In fact, we suspect the entire movie will be dedicated to him, as it should be. For clues as to what the movie might be about, we turn to the post-credits scene of the 2021 film:
A sequel couldn’t happen to a better little movie or a better group of people who were responsible for bringing it to the big screen. We’ll be covering all the details as we learn more about this upcoming adventure. Here’s to one more sliming!
