To all of the veterans out there, as well as their families, That Park Place thanks you for your service. But it’s not just That Park Place that wants to recognize the sacrifice and the honor that these veterans and their families hold… you’ll also find some special perks around the Disney Parks today.
Kenny the Pirate does a great job of covering some of the discounts that veterans will find around Walt Disney World Resort today. Restaurants run by the Landry’s company are offering a 20% discount to all veterans. That includes Yak and Yeti, Rainforest Cafe, T-Rex Cafe, and more. Additionally, the Magic Kingdom is expected to hold a special flag ceremony in the park. While we cannot absolutely guarantee the special flag retreat will take place (the world is weird sometimes with the pandemic procedures), here is a video capturing what it typically looks like:
