Hotel on Disney Property Changes Hands in $1.1 Billion Deal

Host Hotels & Resorts, a lodging real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Maryland, has sold two luxury resorts, including one located on Walt Disney World property in Florida, in a transaction totaling $1.1 billion.
