Look at the guy. He’s woke; he’s ethnic-looking so we can assume he is there for box-ticking; and he’s creepy. No viewers. Well, no sh*t, Sherlock.
Liberal media trying to run cover makes perfect sense, no matter how little good it does them. Colbert is out the door, potentially a lot sooner than next May if he’s found in violation of a non-disparagement clause his employment contract. Other partisan hacks can see the writing on the wall and realize they’re all next.
No doubt some of them believe they can rally their supporters to keep them on the air. All twenty of Colbert’s tried (literally, just 20 people showed up for his “rally” in NYC, all fat liberals). But the numbers don’t lie and networks are desperate to cut costs. Throw in advertisers that want to distance themselves for partisan politics and it’s the perfect storm to get these woke idiots off the air permanently.
Even The View is on indefinite hiatus. I can’t emphasize that enough. ABC, one of the wokest network on the air, owned by *the* wokest corporation, Disney, has taken a show that still earns a modest profit *off the air* because those clucking hens are too polarizing.
