The historic Muppet Studios lot once owned by The Jim Henson Company has a new owner following a completed sale to musician John Mayer and filmmaker Joseph “McG” McGinty Nichol. The property, long associated with Hollywood production history, has been has returned to its original name of Chaplin Studios.
