It’s a fine thing to know that the new narrator of a beloved Disney World attraction loves the ride just as much as fans do!
You don’t always see such positivity out of voice actors and Disney fans. You certainly don’t see this level of praise for a Disney Parks attraction alteration. But that’s exactly what we’re witnessing as fans of all varieties love the new spiel on the TTA Peoplemover. In fact, we haven’t heard a real complaint yet. It seems that everyone appreciates the work and care that went into rewriting and rerecording the sounds and jokes that play non-stop every day at the Magic Kingdom from park opening to past its closing.
So you might be wondering just exactly who is the man behind the voice on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. The answer to that question is Stephen Stanton, a voice actor who has worked with Disney Parks on a variety of projects before. He’s been the voice of Tony Start, Stinky Pete and Mark Twain, just to a name a few!
I'm very excited to say I'm the new voice of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority & the "ad" for The Coral Moons of Pisces Seven in the #WaltDisneyWorld #PeopleMover! Big thanks to @ResortTv1 & @laughing_place for making awesome vids of the whole #WDW attraction! #MagicKingdom pic.twitter.com/U4saB8Gb3v

Thank you @ResortTV1! 🙏 I always have so much fun working with the Disney #Imagineers & I can tell you they love this legacy attraction as much as the rest of us! ❤️🙂

So let’s give a round of applause to Stephen and everyone who worked to plus the TTA Peoplemover while still very much keeping its essence in abundance. Bravo and well done to all!
