Modifications to two existing retention ponds are proposed: one would be converted into a dry detention pond, and the other into a wet detention pond. Additionally, the old STOLport area is set to have two new support buildings. The planned location is off of World Drive to the east of Magic Kingdom.

STOLport, originally an airstrip for short takeoff and landing aircraft, has been repurposed over the years to serve as a staging area for various Walt Disney World projects.
