Universal Orlando Resort has introduced a new ticket offer that gives eligible Florida residents unlimited visits to two of its theme parks through December 16, 2026.
The new 2-Park Unlimited Days Park-to-Park Florida Resident Promo Ticket costs $199 plus tax. The Universal Orlando ticket allows unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure during the promotional period. It also includes park-to-park access, allowing guests to travel between the parks aboard the Hogwarts Express.
And by unlimited, Universal truly means unlimited. In their press release, they invite Florida residents saying, “Guests can visit any and every day from now until December 16.” No blackout days, even for holidays.
According to Universal Orlando Resort, the offer is available only to Florida residents. Guests must purchase the ticket online in advance and provide proof of Florida residency when required.
Who Qualifies for the Universal Orlando Ticket?
Universal accepts several forms of residency verification. Eligible documents include a valid Florida driver’s license, a Florida state-issued identification card, a Florida voter registration card, or a valid college identification card from a Florida college or university for guests who are at least 18 years old.

The unlimited ticket remains valid through December 16, 2026. Unlike a standard multi-day ticket, it does not limit the number of park visits during the promotional period.
What the Unlimited Ticket Includes
The Universal Orlando ticket provides admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. This includes “more than 60 immersive and innovative theme park experiences, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic World VelociCoaster and so much more”
It does not include admission to Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe. The ticket also excludes separately ticketed events. That includes Halloween Horror Nights, which requires separate admission.
Guests may still attend Universal Orlando’s holiday celebration because seasonal entertainment is included with regular daytime admission. The resort has announced that Christmas festivities are scheduled to begin on November 14.
How to Purchase the Ticket
Florida residents who want to take advantage of the offer must purchase tickets online, as the promotion is not available at the ticket booths at the parks.

How the Unlimited Ticket Compares With Other Offers
Universal Orlando continues to offer several options for Florida residents, including annual passes, hotel discounts, and limited-time ticket promotions.
The unlimited ticket differs from an annual pass because it is valid only through Dec. 16, 2026. Annual passes typically provide longer-term access and may include additional benefits based on the pass level, such as discounts on dining, merchandise, and parking.
For Florida residents planning multiple visits before the promotional period ends, the unlimited ticket provides another admission option. Guests planning visits after Dec. 16 would need to purchase another ticket or consider an annual pass.
Park-to-Park Access Is Included
The Universal Orlando unlimited ticket includes park-to-park admission throughout its validity period. Guests may move between Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure during normal operating hours.

The ticket also allows riders to board the Hogwarts Express. The attraction connects Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure with Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida. Universal requires park-to-park admission to use the train.
How the Offer Compares With Disney Annual Passes
The Universal Orlando unlimited ticket differs from Walt Disney World’s Florida resident annual passes in both price and access. At $199 plus tax, the Universal ticket costs less than any of Disney’s Florida resident annual pass options. It also does not include blackout dates, allowing visits throughout its validity period, including weekends and holidays.
By comparison, Disney’s least expensive Florida resident annual pass, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, costs $489 per person. That pass includes blackout dates on most weekends and select peak periods.
Disney’s Florida resident annual passes provide access to more theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They also include additional passholder benefits that vary by pass level.

While Universal’s offer provides access to two theme parks for a limited promotional period, it has a lower upfront cost for Florida residents who plan to visit Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Compared by admission cost, the Universal ticket is less expensive per included park than Disney’s lowest-priced Florida resident annual pass.
Florida Resident Promotion Runs Through December 16
Universal Orlando regularly introduces limited-time offers for Florida residents. These promotions often provide discounted admission or extended access during selected times of the year.
The new unlimited ticket expands those options by allowing repeat visits through December 16, 2026, for one promotional price.
