Nickelodeon is once again bringing its signature slime-filled excitement to the Orlando area with a brand-new resort-and-residences experience. Set within the sprawling 220‑acre Everest Place development in Orlando—strategically close to Disney World at the intersection of US‑192 and SR‑429—the project is slated to open in 2026, delivering a one-of-a-kind blend of vacation stays and branded condo ownership.

Once opened, people can purchase a condo and become a “permanent resident” at the Nickelodeon hotel.

More than 400 accommodations will be available, combining traditional hotel rooms with 181 residential condo units ranging from studios to two-bedroom lockoff layouts.

Options includes:

  • Studios (~505 sq ft)
  • One-bedroom units with kids’ dens (~1,000 sq ft)
  • Two‑bedroom lockoffs (~1,515 sq ft)

In addition to condo ownership, buyers enroll in the “Keys to the World” travel club (valued at $50,000), offering perks like discounted stays at other Nickelodeon resorts worldwide. A refundable $10,000 deposit secures a reservation, with the balance due through the construction phase and at closing.

This development marks Nickelodeon’s first Orlando-area resort since the original Nickelodeon Suites Resort—later rebranded as a Holiday Inn—closed in 2016. Now, through its partnership with Paramount, Lion Star Hospitality, and Karisma Hotels, Nickelodeon returns with a modern, multi-use property aimed at both nostalgic families and vacation‑home investors.

Other Options and Amenities

The property offers a full suite of Nickelodeon-themed experiences, including AquaNick water park, a slime cannon, interactive pools, and cabanas. Dining options will include Le Spatula, a SpongeBob-inspired eatery; Mikey’s Pizzeria, celebrating Ninja Turtles; and a ’90s nostalgia fest at Snick Lounge. The resort will also feature character meet‑and‑greets (SpongeBob, Dora, PAW Patrol, TMNT, Blue’s Clues), a kids’ club (“Club Nick”), retail outlets, and adult-focused bars.
