The new area across from Haunted House at Disneyland, Pelican’s Landing, has opened according to reports today. The area is intended to be a sit-down area during the day, themed as a supplies dock from the 1700s. At night, however, it seems that Disney is planning to use the area as a premier viewing location (see $$$$$) for Fantasmic! once it restarts.

Once Fantasmic! is scheduled to return, we’ll be sure to let you know here at That Park Place. And who knows? Maybe you’ll be watching it from Pelican’s Landing. Just be ready to pony up.
