Alicia Stella on Twitter has come across new permit information for Project 912 across the road from Universal Studio’s Epic Universe. The development was widely believed to be a hotel and now that is all but confirmed via the permit details. The construction details list out a pool, pool bar, splash pad, and more items that indicate what we can expect at the new resort.
A permit for the upcoming Universal Orlando hotel across the street from Epic Universe, known as Project 912, has been updated with details. Describes work for: "Pool building/pool bar, pool, spa, splash pad and associated hardscape."

There’s an additional hotel going in next to Epic Universe, so don’t be surprised if these have pedestrian bridges to the entrance terrace. Theming for Project 912 has not yet been announced though there are a number of rumored ways the hotel might go. Some think it will be based on Dreamworks while others believe this could be a Nintendo-themed hotel. If it’s a Nintendo hotel, one might wonder if it could provide exclusive hours for guests in Nintendo themed area within the park. That would certainly make the hotel able to charge a premium.
