The following article is a continuing series of investigative journalism efforts to uncover exactly what The Walt Disney Company is up to with their Reimagine Tomorrow program.
In a continued look at the Reimagine Tomorrow program within Disney, which is a large part of the push for sexualized content in children’s programming, today’s article is going to be about the resources the program recommends. Many employees inside Disney will go through training via the Reimagine Program diversity, equity and inclusion program… and during their training, they will be provided with third-party resources they will use to become more politically and culturally aware. It is hard to ignore as you look through these resources that there is no content from one side of the political spectrum — and these resources are very political. When Disney says they are not a political corporation, that’s hard to square with the training they are putting their employee through.
After the Christopher Rufo leak last year, some of Reimagine Tomorrow was “adjusted.” So what remains from the documents that I have out of Reimagine Tomorrow? Well, here are the resources you might expect to view as part of our Disney indoctrination in 2022:
Blue Ocean Brain’s “What Is An Ally?”
“A Sociologist Examines the ‘White Fragility’ That Prevents White Americans from Confronting Racism” by Katy Waldman — here’s what it teaches Disney employees:
For all the paranoid American theories of being “red-pilled,” of awakening into a many-tentacled liberal/feminist/Jewish conspiracy, the most corrosive force, the ectoplasm infusing itself invisibly through media and culture and politics, is white supremacy.
That’s from a white progressive perspective, of course. The conspiracy of racism is hardly invisible to people of color, many of whom, I suspect, could have written this book in their sleep.
So who is this Katy Waldman with the ability to train tens of thousands of employees on white supremacy?
“Kink,” a collection of short fiction, is full of great sex writing and (not the same thing) great writing about sex … but only some of the stories figure out how to do both https://t.co/I9sRMyqoKD

Oh…
Let’s continue:
“How White Women Can Be Better Black Lives Matters Allies”
I’m guessing they’re not adding news reports about BLM scandals to the resouces: BLM Uses Donations to Buy $6.5 Million Mansion
They also want you to listen to the 1619 Project. I’ll let readers look that up and see if it’s accurate or indoctrination. One thing I can tell you is that it’s nowhere near the middle of American politics or thought.
Reimagine Tomorrow also recommends employees listen to the Intersectionality Matters! podcast. If you go there today, you’ll find that one of their recent podcasts was an interview of Drag Queen Bob… I’m sure it’s very down-the-middle.
The Disney training program also wants employees to read Ibram Kendi’s book “How to be an Anti-Racist”. Maybe this is how Christopher Rufo first became aware of Disney’s program… the independent journalist has been a fierce critic of Kendi.
Disney also wants you to take a Race Bias Test. You can try it out yourself here.
You can’t make this stuff up, either. The Race Bias Test actually forces you to click on the same key for negative words and for African American child faces. It makes you click on the same key for positive words and for European child faces. In other words, it is a psychological manipulation to force people with no negative or positive race-based perception to pretend to have one and then incur guilt as a direct result. It is essentially a way to manipulate those with lower intelligence who aren’t able to see what is being done. You can try it yourself to see what I’m talking about. This is what they want you to do if you work at Disney. Wow!
It even tells you that you’re wrong if you try to not play along the way it is designed to indoctrinate the participant! It made laugh out loud when I realized that. But even still, it’s deadly serious because its intent is to place severe guilt on an individual who may not be worthy of such a horrible feeling. On the opposite end, it would make someone of African descent potentially feel that their other coworkers only see negative within them. What a horrible thing.
In fact, if you don’t demonstrate that you are a racially biased individual in the test, here is what it will show you:

We’ll stop there because that’s plenty for readers to take in.
Are all the 2022 resources for employees bad within Reimagine Tomorrow? No. Some of them are quite mundane. And clearly, if you’re treating someone poorly, negatively, or differently based on their ethnicity, you’re an idiot. Be kind and fair to everyone all the time. The problem I have with this whole Reimagine Tomorrow thing is it is a political operation inside a corporate structure. It’s an effort to force a company to be a partisan power that enables certain politics inside the United States through the capture of a human resources program that most executives will be afraid to touch.
Now that’s one thing if you’re selling toothpaste or doodads of some kind. If you’re manufacturing children’s entertainment and culture… well that becomes a very different and very scary proposition. No company should be attempting to propagandize children in a way that will be somewhat invisible to their parents. And when that effort comes from a trusted company that has helped raise generations of Americans — that’s quite the Trojan Horse effort.
I’ll be continuing to expose the Reimagine Program over the next weeks… we’re just getting started. If you’d like to read my earlier articles on the program, try these:

How did we go from “I Have a Dream” to the drivel being pushed by these “intersectionalist”?
