Zany humor, wacky puzzles and an utterly distinct art style are all returning as LucasArts, now called Lucasfilm Games, gets back in action.
If you’ve been waiting this long to finally go back to one of the greatest video game puzzle franchises of all time, surely you can make it just one more month! Return to Monkey Island is coming your way on September 19th. Not only is that “Talk Like a Pirate Day,” but you can also get a free piece of DLC for preordering!

Return to Monkey Island is the first original game released from LucasArts (not Lucasfilm Games) based on an original game IP in over a decade. Some are hoping this could be a mini-revival of adventure puzzle-solving games the company was known for during the nineties. Who’s ready for a new Day of the Tentacle? Maybe even a sequel to Full Throttle!
