WTF does “Most of us were actually gay. It’s part of why I stayed in acting,” even mean? You wouldn’t be acting if you were straight? You wanted the role because it was a “gay” role? It reminds me of a scene from “A Chorus Line” where the girl is talking about how her acting coach is telling the class to improvise being on a bobsled, among other things.
Now, presumably none of the people in the class are actual bobsledders but somehow they all managed to make-believe (except her). Its called “acting” and it is a skill (some) people cultivate to portray someone or something that is different than who they actually are.

Funny how the height of American culture and prosperity was when we locked up the mentally ill and gave them the help they needed, and ever since we got rid of the state mental hospital system things have been on an ever increasing decline.
Even when her movies are flopping, Sweeney is still a way bigger star than Ruby Rose will ever be.
I, like most men I assume, have no desire to watch two butcher women pummel each other in a boxing ring. I sure as hell have no interest in watching Sydney Sweeney get all dogged up to portray one of these lesbian dogs that made her living doing just that. Absolutely, no thank you. Looks like every other normal man and woman feels the same. What’d it make? Less than $2 mill? Even if chartreuse carnation was in it, the box office would’ve remained static, if not significantly lower. That fool actually thinks her gaywad street cred. gives her some sort of secret sauce that would’ve given this abomination wings? How many 40-50 lesbo boxing fans are the out there? A thousand? Eight-nine hundred total out of billions?
Getting ugly helped Cameron Diaz in Being John Malkovich and Charlize Theron in Monster. Can’t hurt Sweeny to be in a flop that gets good critic reviews and Oscar buzz.

Ruby Rose is an awesome name, but she was never a likeable actress. She’s just not great. She’s very one dimensional. I watched the entire Batgirl series. I wasn’t unhappy with her replacement. She’s just jealous that they got a better actor to take the role. One with a bigger name. She’s picking anything she can to go at her. If she was a Democrat, she still would have dug up something.
