A new rumor claims that the character of Betty Ross will be a co-lead in a possible second season of She-Hulk. Not only will she apparently be a lead co-lead in She-Hulk, but she will also make a cameo in Captain America: Brave New World.

This rumor comes from scooper Divinity Seeker who shared on December 19th that the second season of She-Hulk would have a co-lead.
He posted, “She-Hulk Season 2 will have a female co-lead in a ‘buddy cop’-esque season; the character in question is also a female superhero and will be teased in a PCS from a 2025 Marvel theatrical movie.
“I’m unsure if ‘attorney at law’ elements will still play a major part in this show.”

In a follow-up post on Christmas Day, Divinity Seeker detailed, “My gift to you today are the festive colors of red and green, which will also be the colors of a new season of She-Hulk – welcoming Betty Ross as the “co-lead” to She-Hulk.”
He added, “Also: Betty Ross returns in Captain America: Brave New World and is [in] the post credits scene.”

Furthermore the leaker seemingly provided plot details for Captain America: Brave New World revealing that General Thunderbolt Ross, played by Harrison Ford, “needs a cure for his heart failure and finds it in an unexpected foe – The Leader – little does he know this “cure” is what makes him Hulk.”

It was reported back in May that Liv Tyler would return as Betty Ross for the upcoming Captain America film featuring Sam Wilson masquerading as Captain America.
Variety reported, “Liv Tyler is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, 16 years after her last appearance. The actor will appear in 2024’s Captain America: New World Order, reprising her role from 2008’s The Incredible Hulk as scientist Betty Ross, the daughter of General Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross.”

Previous rumors for Captain America: Brave New World have indicated that actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine will appear in the film and that the film sees Captain America assembling a team of Avengers to take down President Ross.

The film will also apparently see countries going to war over adamantium after it is discovered on Tiamut Island.

The villainous organization the Serpent Society will make their debut in the film with one of their main members being Diamondback. Seth Rollins will also be playing Cobra. The members of the Serpent Society reportedly use bio-technology for their weapons.
