According to Rotten Tomatoes, the new HBO Max TV show (more like a movie divided into episodes) Santa Inc has a 3% audience rating. This would seem to be the lowest score for any Christmas movie on Rotten Tomatoes. In reading the reviews, there does seem to beĀ some similarities between reviews, which could mean there is a concerted effort (organically or coordinated) to downvote the show. However, many of the reviews are significantly worded and appear well-considered.

In response, Seth Rogen is lashing out at fans. According to @Dataracer on Twitter, Seth Rogen is blaming the issue not on the quality of the property, but rather on bigotry:

While this may be due to what he describes, there would need to be strong evidence provided. According to an article we did previously, the show only has around two-thousand upvotes on YouTube despite having been viewed more than four million times. That doesn’t seem to indicate a lot of support or enthusiasm. Those numbers have likely changed since the prior publication, but the factual reporting still stands.
