User LovePop on the WDWMagic forums has discovered that there is availability currently for the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser’s maiden “voyage”. That means that as of publication, if you wish to purchase a stay at the Star Wars role-playing, luxury hotel… you can still get in on the very first public experience. Even though That Park Place authors have been critical of the hotel’s public reveals, this is still an amazing find for Star Wars fans who have plenty of disposable cash and want to play along with bloggers, influencers, and reviewers.
Availability for the experience during the first two weeks of operation is quite honestly stunning. If you are wishing to “board” the hotel and availability isn’t showing, it may be wise to continue checking during the day. It is speculated that people are cancelling after the questionable advertising videos were released in the past weeks.
As for how this is panning out with Disney’s expectations, this looks a lot like Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge opening. The sentiment of another poster on the forums seems appropo:
Considering capacity. I would imagine that most bloggers had to stretch the days out.
