Some things are just meant for the stars. Magic Kingdom’s newest coming attraction is certainly one of them.
For those who have seen the Shanghai Disney Tron, it was always a given that the canopy would become a true piece of beauty once the sun went down in Florida. We’ve been waiting a long time though to finally see the lighting package for the Magic Kingdom’s version of Tron. Now, the wait is over and the imagery is stunning. Like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, but perhaps even more so, Tron is an attraction you’re going to need to ride at night to have the full impact.

I may not think that the roller coaster itself is all that impressive (it’s too short for my tastes), but the canopy and the lighting are all going to be a fantastic addition to Tomorrowland. One thing that we’re really excited about is how nice this is going to look from the Contemporary once evening sets in. Maybe it’s time to go grab a few photos?
