I became a fan in 2022, binge-watching the entire series like my life depended on it. The ending hit me like a truck—sad, disappointing, and downright unfair to the boys. I already own the novels and the handful of comics they tossed our way. The Winchesters series? Barely promoted as an alternate universe, and when they ignored canon in the first episode, I noped out faster than you can say “pseudo-prequel.” The original show had a simple yet unique formula, and honestly, my hopes for this new comic book series are about as high as a pancake.
