Disney will use a virtual queue when Bluey’s Wild World opens at Conservation Station in Disney’s Animal Kingdom on May 26, 2026. Guests must join through the My Disney Experience app.

The new Bluey experience will allow guests to meet their favorite Heeler characters, as well as participate in some of their games.

How the Bluey Meet and Greet Virtual Queue Works

Guests can join the virtual queue at two scheduled times each day.

The first opening is at 7:00 a.m. Guests do not need to be inside the park at that time. A valid admission is required, and a park reservation may apply depending on ticket type.

The second opening is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must already be inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom to join.

Disney is using this system to manage demand and reduce congestion on both the Wildlife Express Train and at Conservation Station.

No Standby Queue at Launch

At opening, there will be no standby line for the Bluey meet and greet virtual queue process. Guests who don’t secure a boarding group will not be able to access the experience during that day.

Disney is expected to add a standby queue as excitement for the new Bluey attraction settles down. However, no timeline for this has been announced.

Location and Operational Setup

Bluey’s Wild World is based at Conservation Station, an area within Disney’s Animal Kingdom that typically operates with controlled guest flow.

Access is provided through the Wildlife Express Train from the Africa section of the park. The virtual queue system is intended to regulate entry and distribute guests throughout the day.

What guests can expect at Conservation Station

The Bluey experience temporarily transforms Conservation Station with themed interactive activities based on the animated series.

Guests will be able to visit their favorite Bluey characters through meet-and-greets.

Additionally, they can play along to their favorite Bluey-inspired games such as Keepy Uppy and Magic Asparagus in activities the whole family can join in on.

The Bluey experience also rethemes the surrounding Affection Section area, which previously operated as a petting zoo. The reimagined space, known as Jumping Junction, will feature kangaroos, wallabies, and more.

Animal Kingdom also closed the Animation Experience, where guests could get a step-by-step tutorial of how to draw some of the favorite characters. However, Disney is introducing a new drawing experience this summer at Disney’s Hollywood Studios called “Olaf Draws!” as part of The Magic of Disney Animation update, reviving the classic learn-to-draw format in a new location.

Summary

Disney will implement a Bluey meet and greet virtual queue system when the experience opens on May 26, 2026. Guests must join through the My Disney Experience app at one of two daily entry times. No standby queue will be available at launch, and access is limited to those who secure a virtual boarding group.
