Universal Orlando Resort’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, officially opened to the public on May 22, 2025. While 2025 was the first operating year of the park, 2026 will be the first full year the park is open. 5. The $169 Dollar Dates
On the Epic Universe price calendar a few weeks land in the “just below $170” price point.

February 9-11, as well as February 23-26 are all priced at $169 per person, per day. April 20 – May 14 you’ll find the $169 tickets (excluding weekends). Other “$169 days” include August 10 – 16, October 5-8 and 19-30 (weekends excluded), and November 9-12.
4. $164 Dollar Dates
Sprinkled throughout the calendar year are several dates with a $164 per ticket price point. January 5-29, all tickets Monday to Thursday are $164 with the exception of Monday the 19th (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day). February 2-5 dates are also priced at $164.

The $164 ticket makes a comeback on weekdays from August 17 – 28, and again September 28 – October 1, 2026. December 7 – 10 is the last time of the year to enjoy the $164 per ticket rate.
3. Select Dates November – And Early December
Dipping down to $159 per person, per day are several dates in both November and December 2026. November 2-4, and the 16th-19th are priced at $159 a day.

November 30-December 3 also sees the $159 tickets.
2. Mid September $144 – $149
September 14-7 Epic Universe will cost you $144 per person, per day.

The following week, September 21-24 will set you back $149 per ticket. (The weekend prices at this time are $164-$179)
1. The Least Expensive Week of the Year
One of the absolute cheapest times to go to Epic Universe is the week before Labor Day, which sees the lowest price of the year. Monday, August 31 – Thursday, September 3, 2026 ticket prices fall to just $139 each. September 8-10 you can also snag that $139 ticket.

It’s only seven days out of the 2026 calendar, but if you’re willing to travel at that time you’ll save big!
The Most Expensive Time to Visit Epic Universe in 2026 Is…
To the surprise of likely no one, the Christmas holiday season is the most expensive times of the year to visit Universal’s Epic Universe. The most wonderful time of the year is going to set you back as much as $199 per person, per day.
The week of December 12 – 20, ticket prices are $184 to $189. December 21-23: $194. For the remainder of the year, each day is priced at $199 per person.

While the calendar doesn’t go in to 2027, January 1-3, 2026 tickets are $194 per day. It’s likely the 2027 January calendar will see similar pricing. The spring break weeks of late March through early April also see higher prices in the $184 – $194 range, so if you can avoid travel during this period it may be in your best interest.
In the summer months of late May, June, and July Epic Universe ticket prices range from $174 – $179, with most days seeing the latter price.
Universal Orlando Resort — More Than Epic
While the prices listed above are exclusively for Epic Universe, the Universal Orlando Resort offers much more.
