In response to recent controversies, CI Games CEO Marek Tymiński announced the launch of a new community-run subreddit, r/TheLordsOfTheFallen, dedicated to The Lords of the Fallen gaming community. The CEO shared this news on X.

“Join our new community-run Reddit page for Lords of the Fallen,” he said. “The ONLY subreddit we’ll be supporting moving forward! Stay tuned for exclusive updates and enjoy gaming-focused discussions (no politics!)—the way a gaming page should be.”

This move comes after Tymiński and CI Games developers were banned from the original subreddit, r/LordsoftheFallen, where moderators accused Tymiński of promoting a “politically motivated agenda.”

In their announcement, the moderators expressed their concerns, stating:

“The CEO of CI Games, Marek Tymiński, is actively supporting and promoting fa*cist ideology under the guise of catering to the player base. As a moderation team, along with many gamers worldwide, we are deeply shocked and disgusted by the events of the past few weeks.”

In response, Tymiński addressed the allegations on X.

“The ‘everyone is a N*zi’ thing is getting really boring and out of touch,” he said. “Truth ALWAYS wins in the end. Trust is built through authenticity and transparency, not by shifting narratives. Players First!”

The newly established subreddit has been met with enthusiasm from the community. Many users, including those previously banned from the original subreddit, have expressed their support and relief. User Caveman1982 shared:

“Probably heard this a million times already but yes a thousand times yes thank you so much for starting this new subreddit. I was banned from the other subreddit for daring to have an opinion about the state of the other subreddit and what the overwhelming majority of what the community wants. So yes that is all just a post to say thank you to you guys!”

Wow Thank you!

This development aligns with Tymiński’s ongoing commitment to a player-first approach. He has previously engaged the gaming community through polls to gather player opinions on various topics. In one such poll, 88% of respondents preferred the traditional “male/female” character selection over the “Body Type A/B” system.

Following this feedback, Tymiński announced that CI Games would update Lords of the Fallen (2023) to replace the “Body Type A/B” system with the traditional male and female options, aligning with player preferences.

By establishing the new Lords of the Fallen subreddit, CI Games aims to foster a community focused on gaming discussions, free from political discourse. This initiative underscores the company’s dedication to creating a space where players can engage directly with developers and each other, emphasizing transparency and player engagement.

The woke only have as much power as they are granted, which is why it’s so important to never allow them any power in government and to take away what they’ve already formed for themselves.

No. We should give them some power. It will be working as a vaccination.

The hard part there is when they do stuff like bury single sentences in thousand page bills and people don’t always find it until it’s too late. It’s not like everything they do is out in the open where people can see how bad it is. Look at all the stuff U.S.A.I.D. was funding and nobody even knew until someone with government access was able to check the books.

Mr0303

Good for him. Hopefully he’s smart enough not to have woke moderators this time around.

I hate Reddit and what it’s always been, much less what it’s become. But this is such a perfect way to screw over the mods of the old subreddit I have to give CI Games credit.
