Walt Disney World Resort will introduce new entertainment at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026, adding two experiences to the Magic Kingdom event lineup. The separately ticketed Halloween event will return on select nights from Aug. 7 through Oct. 31, 2026.
The new offerings include a Stitch-led dance party in Tomorrowland and a pirate-themed entertainment experience featuring Captain Jack Sparrow in Adventureland.

Disney Parks Blog describes the show as such: “New this year, Stitch is hosting an ever-changing dance party at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland with the help of his friends Lilo and Angel. After getting his paws on Lilo’s Costume Trunk, every accessory he tries on will spark a theme swap and keep the party playfully unpredictable all night long.”
Captain Jack Sparrow Joins Adventureland Entertainment
Disney will also add a new Adventureland offering featuring Captain Jack Sparrow, outside of the Tortuga Tavern. The live event will feature stunts and audience participation as Jack Sparrow tries to recruit and train some new pirates. With music, juggling, and more, guests will be able to learn from a true pirate legend himself in the ways of piracy.

This performance seems to replace the Rusty Cutlass pirate band, who has not yet appeared in this year’s Halloween line-up.
Returning Entertainment at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Along with the new experiences, Disney will continue several returning entertainment offerings during the 2026 event season. The lineup includes the Cadaver Dans, a Halloween-themed barbershop quartet that performs in Frontierland.

The party will also include the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” at the Cinderella Castle Stage. The stage production features the Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus and includes appearances by Disney villains during the Halloween-themed performance. Disney lists the show as part of the 2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party entertainment lineup. The performance remains one of the event’s returning entertainment offerings, continuing its role as a nighttime stage presentation during select party dates.
Other party activities include Halloween-themed entertainment, character appearances and trick-or-treating locations throughout Magic Kingdom. These offerings are available only during party nights and require a separate event ticket.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026 Dates and Ticket Information
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight on select nights in August, September and October 2026. Guests with event tickets may enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4 p.m. before the party starts.
The event will run through Halloween night on Oct. 31, 2026. Tickets for the party are separate from regular Magic Kingdom admission. Disney states that entertainment offerings and experiences are subject to change.
The 2026 additions continue Disney’s practice of updating seasonal events with new entertainment while retaining returning programs. The new Stitch and Captain Jack Sparrow offerings will join the existing Halloween party lineup at Magic Kingdom.
