Universal Orlando Resort has announced Universal Nights, a new after-hours event at Epic Universe. The separately ticketed experience will take place on Oct. 3 and Oct. 17, 2026. Tickets go on sale Aug. 13, with prices starting at $179.99 plus tax per person.
Guests with a Universal Nights ticket may enter Epic Universe beginning at 7 p.m. The exclusive event will run from 9 p.m. until midnight on both dates. Early admission gives visitors extra time to explore the park before the after-hours event begins.
Attractions Open During Universal Nights
According to Universal Orlando, Universal Nights at Epic Universe will provide access to all attractions and experiences across the park’s five themed areas. Those lands include Celestial Park, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, and Dark Universe.

Universal said attractions are planned to operate throughout the event, although availability may change. The company also confirmed that character meet-and-greets will be part of the experience. More entertainment details are expected before tickets go on sale.
Food and Drinks Included With Admission
Admission to Universal Nights includes several complimentary food and beverage options. Universal Orlando said guests will receive specialty snacks, including Celestial Popcorn and Kimchi Bao. Coca-Cola Freestyle beverages are also included during the event.
The company has not announced whether additional menu items will be available. More event information is expected in the weeks leading up to ticket sales.
Nighttime Show Scheduled Before the Event
The announcement came shortly after the debut of Universal Celestial Goodnight, the nighttime show at Epic Universe, which premiered on July 7, 2026. The production takes place each evening in Celestial Park at park closing. The show features fountains, lighting effects, music, and projections centered around the park’s central lagoon. Universal has described it as a closing celebration that highlights the themed worlds guests experienced throughout the day.

Because Universal Nights guests may enter the park at 7 p.m., they could have an opportunity to watch the nighttime show before the after-hours event officially begins. Showtimes remain subject to the park’s daily operating schedule.
Annual Passholders Receive Ticket Discounts
Eligible Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can receive discounted admission to Universal Nights. Depending on the pass level, discounts of 10% or 15% are available.
Universal said discount eligibility depends on the type of Annual Pass and ticket availability.
Florida Resident Ticket Announced
Universal Orlando also introduced a new ticket option for Florida residents. The 2-Park Unlimited Days Florida Resident Ticket provides unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure through Dec. 16, 2026.

That ticket does not include admission to Epic Universe. It also does not include separately ticketed events, including Universal Nights.
Universal Nights Ticket Information
A separate admission ticket is required to attend Universal Nights at Epic Universe. Standard daytime admission is not included before the 7 p.m. early entry period.
Universal Orlando said tickets are subject to availability because attendance is limited. Guests interested in attending may purchase tickets beginning Aug. 13 while supplies last. Universal describes Universal Nights as a limited-capacity event. The company has not announced how many tickets will be available for either date.
