Jingle Cruise at Magic Kingdom is coming back on Nov. 3, 2026. Disney’s own schedule for the holiday overlay now lists operating hours starting that Tuesday, so the skippers of Adventureland will swap their usual river tour for tinsel, wrapped gifts, and a fresh load of seasonal puns in a little over three weeks.
Fan sites spotted the date on Oct. 9, 2026, when the attraction’s schedule on the Walt Disney World website began showing times. As of 9:35 p.m. EDT on Oct. 10, Disney’s Jingle Cruise page lists the ride from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Nov. 3. There are no times for Nov. 2, the day before.
What Disney’s Own Pages Show
Disney has not put out a press release or a Parks Blog post about the return as of this writing. The confirmation is the official attraction page itself, which says that “this holiday season Jungle Cruise has been transformed into the jolly Jingle Cruise for a limited time” and that “Jungle Cruise will return early next year.”
The page describes the overlay in Disney’s usual playful terms. The “homesick Jungle Cruise skippers” set out “on a holly, jolly journey packed with silly shenanigans,” and the boathouse and beyond are “decked out with merry décor that’s been mailed to the skippers or that they’ve created themselves.” They are even “unwrapping a few holiday jokes to help everyone get in the spirit.”
That’s the same setup fans have seen in recent years. The overlay keeps the ride system, the boats, and the route of the regular attraction and layers holiday dressing on top, from garland and lights on the boathouse to holiday props tucked into familiar scenes.

Hours and Dates So Far
The Jingle Cruise schedule follows regular Magic Kingdom hours, so guests don’t need a separate party ticket to ride. On Nov. 3, the posted window is 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Later in the month, some days close earlier. Disney’s schedule shows 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 15, for example, so the hours on one date are not a promise for the next.
The end of the run is less clear. Disney hasn’t announced a closing date, and the page only says that Jungle Cruise will return “early next year.” Disney’s online calendar currently shows Jingle Cruise times through Nov. 30, 2026, while Dec. 1 shows the overlay as closed. That looks more like a calendar that has not been fully loaded than a planned break, because holiday overlays traditionally run through the season, but it’s worth checking again before a December trip.
Hours at Walt Disney World change often, and Disney notes that schedules are subject to change. The My Disney Experience app and the official attraction page are the places to confirm times for a specific day.
One more practical note. Disney’s page has not posted a separate end date or special access rules for the overlay, so plan around it the same way you would the regular Jungle Cruise.
Where Jingle Cruise Fits in the Holiday Season
The Nov. 3 start puts Jingle Cruise at Magic Kingdom among the earliest holiday experiences included with a regular park ticket at Walt Disney World. It is one of the easiest ways to get a dose of the season in the middle of a hot November afternoon, since it takes no extra ticket, no reservation, and no long stretch standing in the sun waiting for a parade.
The rest of the resort’s holiday lineup is on its own schedule, including Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which requires a separate ticket and has already started selling out some nights. Daytime guests who skip the party still get the overlay, and that alone is a good reason to stop by Adventureland.

For repeat visitors, Jingle Cruise at Magic Kingdom is a rare chance to hear an all-new set of jokes on a ride that many guests can recite from memory. For first-timers, it is a strange and charming introduction to the attraction, with the skippers trying to celebrate the holidays from deep in the jungle.
