The demise of Lucasfilm and Star Wars continues as the company continues to fully embrace transgender ideology by sharing characters’ “preferred pronouns” in their Star Wars: The High Republic Character Encyclopedia.
The new book written by Megan Crouse and Amy Richau and published by DK debuted in the United States in December and features “preferred pronouns” for a number of the characters.
Every single character featured in the encyclopedia has their pronouns listed on their entry. You can see the entry for Porter Engle below where “Pronouns” is the first identifier listed.
The encyclopedia also features what Lucasfilm described as the “trans non-binary” characters of Terec and Ceret. As with Porter Engle the “Pronouns” entry is the first listed and it reads “Both: They/them.”
Another example is the entry of Vildar Mac. Similar to the two above “Pronouns” are listed first and it reads “He/him.”
READ: Disney Junior Series ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures’ Introduces “Non-Binary” Character
This encyclopedia came out just a month after Lucasfilm introduced a “non-binary” character in their Disney Junior series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.
In the episode titled “Clash,” the show’s main character Kai is introduced to a rival character named Djovi Resmia by Master Zia.
When Master Zia introduced Djovi, she says, “Today, I’d like you to train with Djovi. They’ll give you a different kind of challenge.”
What Lucasfilm is engaging in is significantly harmful to the individuals they are attempting to target with it.
Archbishop Alexander Sample of the Archdiocese of Portland explains, “To some, supporting aspects of social transition may seem benign, even humane, such as using someone’s preferred pronouns and actively affirming his or her perceived gender. However, while well-intentioned, this kind of endorsement may help shepherd a young person on a path of unnecessary medicalization.”
His Excellency continues, “Social transition is often the first step towards hormones and surgery. A 2020 survey of transgender and nonbinary youth found that 64% of respondents were either already receiving cross-sex hormones or desired to do so. Danish researchers who first used puberty blockers on gender dysphoric children found that social transition increased the likelihood that dysphoria would persist and result in medicalization.”
“Social transition can also include practices such as breast-binding and genital tucking, both of which have been shown to have averse effects on physical health, like testicular torsion and reduced fertility in males, and abnormal lung function and back pain in females,” he notes. “Moreover, a 2020 study on the effects of social transition found that family and peer relations, but not social transition status, predicted psychological functioning.”
Lucasfilm and The Walt Disney Company are not oblivious to the harm that they are doing. In fact, they openly encourage it and by their actions have made it abundantly clear the company as a whole wants to abuse children through this ideology. This was made very clear when the company decided to oppose a bill in the State of Florida preventing the teaching of gender identity and sexual orientation to children in kindergarten through third grade.
While the company would eventually come out and oppose the bill, the company’s then CEO Bob Chapek initially indicated they would not, but explained they would work around it through their programming, “Because this struggle is much bigger than any one bill in any one state, I believe the best way for our company to bring about lasting change is through the inspiring content we produce, the welcoming culture we create, and the diverse community organizations we support.”
He then elaborated, “There’s a reason content is at the top of this list. For nearly a century, our company’s stories have opened minds, inspired dreams, shown the world both as it is and how we wish it could be, and now more than ever before, represent the incredible diversity of our society. We are telling important stories, raising voices, and I believe, changing hearts and minds.”“Powerful content that changes hearts and minds only springs from inclusive cultures, which not only attract and retain the best and most diverse talent, but also give those employees the freedom to bring forth ideas that reflect their lives and experiences,” Chapek asserted. “We must work together to ensure Disney always remains such a place.”
When Bob Iger returned to the company as CEO in November, he reiterated Chapek’s comments saying, “This company has been telling stories for a hundred years, and those stories have had a meaningful, positive impact on the world. And one of the reasons that they’ve had a meaningful, positive impact is one of our core values is inclusion, acceptance, and tolerance. And we can’t lose that. We just can’t lose that.”In response to the so-called “Don’t Say Gay” legislation, Iger said Disney would still promote “inclusion,” but suggested that the company must strike a “delicate balance” and “listen to [its] audience” and “have respect for the people that [it’s] serving.” This is a retreat. pic.twitter.com/bZBnQdm616

The Walt Disney Company also employs male individuals who dress up as females in their parks. One such employee was recorded greeting young children at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disneyland.

These actions are repugnant and must be opposed.
