The food stroll is named after Emile, the cheese-loving rat character from Disney and Pixar’s 2007 animated film “Ratatouille.” Unlike the new cheese exhibit, Emile’s Fromage Montage focuses on sampling prepared food items at festival locations.
Disney has not yet released the full list of dishes included in the 2026 version of Emile’s Fromage Montage. Menu details are expected closer to the festival’s opening date.
