Disney has released updated information on the food offerings for Six Ravens, an upcoming quick-service restaurant at Disney Springs. The latest details outline a menu built around savory dishes inspired by medieval-era food traditions. Disney’s page about the upcoming restaurant described the food as “a modern take on delicious medieval eats.”

The Medieval Menu

The official Walt Disney World webpage now includes key information about the restaurant concept. It confirms that Six Ravens will focus on hand-held savory items rather than the dessert-heavy approach used by Gideon’s Bakehouse. The updates give the clearest look yet at the Six Ravens Disney Springs menu ahead of the restaurant’s planned opening.

According to Disney, the signature item will be “Coffyns.” These are hand pie-style sandwiches made with house-baked yeast rolls. Each Coffyn contains savory fillings and is designed to reflect medieval European food styles. Disney notes that the concept draws inspiration from historical pastries and terminology used in Tudor-era England.

The Six Ravens Disney Springs menu also includes side dishes centered on potatoes. These sides will be served with dipping sauces, including honey mustard and a sauce described as “sweet heat.” The menu further includes dessert tarts, offering a lighter sweet option alongside the savory items.

Beverage selections will include root beer on tap and a range of local beer options. Disney classifies Six Ravens as a quick-service dining location, and the Disney Dining Plan will not be accepted at this restaurant.

Concept and Background

Six Ravens comes from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, a popular Disney Springs bakery known for oversized cookies and cakes. Gideon’s opened at Disney Springs in 2020 and developed a strong following for its gothic-inspired branding and limited daily releases.

Founder Steve Lewis announced Six Ravens in early 2026. He described the project as a shift toward savory food and a broader culinary direction. Early information also indicated that the restaurant would collaborate with Central Florida chefs and food businesses during development.

The name Six Ravens draws on folklore connected to ravens and their long association with myth and symbolism in European history. In particular, it echoes legends tied to the Tower of London, where ravens are traditionally linked to the stability of the monarchy. According to this folklore, the presence of ravens is seen as a sign of protection, while their absence is believed to signal misfortune.

Location and Construction

Six Ravens will be located in The Landing area of Disney Springs. The restaurant is moving into the former Art of Shaving storefront, near the existing Gideon’s Bakehouse location.

Construction has progressed through 2026, with exterior work visible at the site in recent months. Disney has not released detailed interior designs or concept art for the finished restaurant.

The company has not announced a firm opening date beyond summer of this year, but Disney has not confirmed a specific day or month.

What Is Still Unknown

While Disney has shared core menu elements, the full Six Ravens Disney Springs menu has not been released. Pricing, portion sizes, and seasonal offerings remain unannounced.

Details such as operating hours, mobile ordering availability, and potential menu updates after opening have also not been confirmed. Disney lists the location as “coming soon” on its official website.

Outlook

Six Ravens adds a new direction to Disney Springs dining with its focus on medieval-inspired savory food. The Coffyn sandwich concept anchors the early menu details, while sides and desserts expand the offering.

More information is expected as the opening approaches later in 2026.
